Arquiled honoured with the Wage Equality Seal

Arquiled  has been recognized by the Portuguese Commission for Equality in the Workplace and Employment (CITE) with the Wage Equality Seal (PT), an initiative aimed at promoting and encouraging wage equality between women and men for equal or equivalent work. 

The Wage Equality Seal is awarded annually to companies that demonstrate a wage inequality rate between women and men ranging from 1% to -1%, using the Adjusted Gender Pay Gap as a reference. The selected companies are determined based on salary reports submitted in the Single Report. 

Arquiled is proud to be a part of a list of 14,100 Portuguese companies recognized by the Commission for Equality in the Workplace and Employment, the competent entity in the field of equal opportunities between Women and Men.
