Greater sustainability with LED lighting

Energy efficiency project, with the objective of making Vila Nova de Famalicão an ecologically more sustainable territory from an energy point of view.

In 2019, one of the main measures taken within the scope of the street lighting infrastructure, included the implementation of a project with a view to contributing to greater energy efficiency, replacing conventional street lighting with LED technology luminaires, throughout the county, covering urban areas, national roads, several roads and municipal roads.
