This model has been increasingly adopted in commercial facilities and in public lighting with LED technology, particularly in retrofit or replacement projects, since it offers the client a variety of benefits.

With this solution, the sum of the invoice amount for energy and the monthly payment is always lower than the energy invoice amount was before the project was implemented.

SERVICE

Arquiled offers LaaS with provision and full management of our customers’ luminaires, including operation, maintenance and technological updates during the term of the contract, at which time all savings generated revert to the customer.
